These terms apply when you use theglowbynatural.com or place an order with The Glow By Natural (legal name: The Glow By Natural, address: Chandigarh, India). By placing an order you agree to them.

Product details, ingredients and directions are shown as printed on our labels. Colours and textures may look slightly different on screen. All products are for external use only. Please do a patch test before first use and stop using a product if irritation occurs.

All prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes. MRP is shown on every product. Shipping and any cash-on-delivery charge are shown at checkout before you place the order.

An order is confirmed when you receive our confirmation message. We may cancel an order and refund you in full if a product is out of stock, the price shown was clearly wrong, or the order looks fraudulent.

Online payments are processed securely by our payment partner. We do not store your card or UPI details. Cash on delivery is available where the courier supports it.

All content on this website, including text, photos and the logo, belongs to The Glow By Natural. Please do not copy it without written permission, or use the website for anything unlawful.

To the extent allowed by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under Indian law.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Chandigarh will have jurisdiction, subject to your rights to approach a consumer commission.
