Is cash on delivery available?
Yes, at most PIN codes in India. You can check your PIN code on any product page. Any COD charge is shown at checkout.
How long does delivery take?
We dispatch within 1–3 business days. Standard delivery usually takes 7–10 days from dispatch, depending on your location.
How do I track my order?
We share tracking details by email, SMS or WhatsApp once your order is dispatched.
What if my product arrives damaged or wrong?
Contact us within 5 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will send a replacement or give a full refund.
Can I return an opened product?
For hygiene reasons, opened or used skincare cannot be returned unless it was damaged, defective or wrong when delivered.
Where are your products made?
In India, by Herbotech India (Mfg. Lic. No. 303/AY/PB), and marketed by The Glow By Natural.
Where can I see the full ingredients?
Every product page has a Full ingredients section, exactly as printed on the pack.
Are the products for men and women?
Yes. Our packs are labelled for men and women.
What is the shelf life?
Best before 24 months from the date of manufacture, printed on each pack.
Should I do a patch test?
Yes, we suggest a patch test on a small area before first use. Stop using a product if irritation occurs.
