Shipping policy

We currently ship to addresses within India.

Orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 business days of confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Standard delivery usually takes 7–10 days from dispatch, depending on your PIN code. These are estimates, not guaranteed dates. Delays can happen because of the courier, weather, holidays or an incomplete address.

Delivery is free on all orders across India. No extra charge for cash on delivery.

Once your order is dispatched, we share the tracking details by email, SMS or WhatsApp. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to become active.

Please enter your full address, PIN code and a working phone number. If a parcel is returned because the address was wrong, the phone was unreachable or the order was refused, re-shipping charges may apply.

If the outer box looks tampered with or damaged, please record a short video while opening it and contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos.
